Delivery Information

Whatever products you’ve ordered from us, you’ll enjoy a fantastic delivery service to suit your budget and busy schedule. You will always be notified prior to your delivery, it will never just turn up. We will endeavour to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

We always strongly advise not to book any tradesman before receiving and checking over your order.

Courier Delivery

For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.

The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-5 working days

We have next day, day specific and Saturday options available on certain products (UK Mainland only) Please call our sales team 01614138000

Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.

Pallet Delivery

A pallet service is required on larger items

The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-5 working days.

When your order is processed and given to our pallet network, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the nearest accessible point to the delivery address only,

Delivery personnel will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property. Once you accept your order it is your responsibility to arrange for your goods to be taken inside.

Please Note: All delivery and item packaging disposal is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery personnel cannot take any packaging or pallets away with them once the delivery has been accepted.

We cannot specify nor request delivery time slots from our delivering partners. Therefor, on the allocated delivery date someone will need to be available at the delivery address between 8am and 6pm to accept and check your goods.

ID of the paying cardholder will also be required to produce to the delivery personnel

Bespoke & Tailored Delivery Service

We can offer a tailored or bespoke delivery service from our in house delivery personnel. This includes:

Express delivery – for items needed urgently.

Drop & Check – Our insured personnel can deliver, unpack and check your items and dispose of all packaging

Time specified delivery – A time window can be arranged for convenience.

Collection Orders

You can collect your order from our Manchester Showroom – Call our Team on 01614138000 to process your Order and you will be advised when collection can be made. Most of our products are housed at our dispatch only warehouse, situated on a secure trading estate. Therfore under no circumstances can unauthorised persons attend. Please always await notification to collect your order from our showroom to avoid a wasted journey

Special Order Items

For items marked as Special Order, Please allow 5-14 Working Days. This is due to these items being ordered in and are generally bespoke items. At checkout you will have the option to receive the stock item(s) followed by the Special order item(s) or to receive the complete order together when the special order item(s) arrives with us. Either way you will only be charged where applicable for the full order not 2 separate charges.

Out of Stock Items

Items marked as Out of Stock will have a estimated date in which we expect the item to be back in stock. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the stock status of all products on the website are up to date – If for any reason a item(s) within your order is out of stock you, will be notified as soon as possible and advised on the expected delivery date. At this point you will have the option to receive the stock item(s) followed by the out of stock item(s) or to receive the complete order together when the out of stock item(s) arrives with us. Either way you will only be charged where applicable for the full order not 2 separate charges.

If you reside in an area that is considered to be ‘remote’ by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges.

Further Information: Free Standard Delivery on all orders £499 and over to UK mainland delivery addresses (Note: some exclusions apply) all delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on the size of your order. Where delivery is charged the charge will always be for the largest item (e.g Tap and Bath ordered – Pallet Delivery will be charged)

Order Cut Off Point

Orders accepted before 14.30 (2.30pm) on any working day will be processed that day. This will be deemed as the order date and 1st working day. Orders accepted after 14.30 (2.30pm) on any working day will be classed as being accepted on the following working day and that will be deemed as the 1st working day – (e.g Order accepted after 14.30 (2.30pm) on Monday for next working day delivery will be delivered on the Wednesday).
